GENTLE YOGA

With Yamila Morales

IIn 2008, in the vibrant heart of Mumbai, she stepped into a yoga class for the first time. Something profound stirred within her, awakening a quiet but insistent calling that drew her deeper into the world of yoga. This journey became a personal quest, leading her in 2013 to complete her Hatha Yoga teacher training at the Ananda Yoga Center, not out of a desire to teach, but as a means of self-discovery. Yoga began to transform every corner of her life, inspiring her to continue learning across multiple disciplines.

Over the years, she immersed herself in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, as well as prenatal, postnatal, and children’s yoga, along with pranayama practices, finding in each a new layer of insight and growth.

Her purpose now is to share this knowledge, guiding others toward the balance of body, mind, and soul that has so powerfully shaped her own path.

"My purpose now is to share this knowledge, guiding others toward the balance of body, mind, and soul that has so powerfully shaped my own path."

Calm Flow Yoga is a gentle and restorative practice designed to help you unwind, relax, and connect with your breath. This class combines slow, mindful movements with simple postures to ease tension and release stress from both the body and mind.

Guided breathwork and soft stretching create a peaceful atmosphere, allowing you to fully embrace a sense of calm and balance. Ideal for all levels, this class encourages you to slow down, listen to your body, and experience the healing power of a gentle yoga flow.
