Meals
Each meal is thoughtfully designed by Amy and carefully prepared by our in-house team. The daily menu includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and nourishing snacks in between. Every ingredient is organic and locally sourced, with a focus on vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free options that are as delicious as they are healthy. Drawing inspiration from international cuisines like Mediterranean, Greek, Asian, Mexican, Peruvian, and Indian, every dish is crafted to be both satisfying and flavorful.
Beverages
A variety of beverages will be available throughout the day, including homemade natural juices, flavored waters, and both still and sparkling water, ensuring you stay hydrated and refreshed.
Detox Practices
To start your day, we’ll prepare morning detox boosters like chlorella, which helps detoxify heavy metals, and ginger & turmeric shots to boost your immune system. Throughout the day, cumin water will be provided, perfect for cleansing the gut and purifying the blood.
