Jimena, who has an Argentinian-Italian background and comes from the world of fashion, acting, and entertainment, discovered Kundalini Yoga as a life-changing tool. Initially seeking balance in her fast-paced life, she quickly fell in love with the practice and committed herself to deepening her understanding. Trained by Maria Metler in Buenos Aires, and further mastering the craft with renowned teachers like Carolina Cowan in London and Caroline Bezenet in France, Jimena has embraced Kundalini as a vital part of her journey, helping her navigate the delicate balance of being a mother, wife and professional while continuing to find joy & purpose in each day.

Now, Jimena is passionate about sharing these sacred teachings with others. Her Kundalini classes are designed to empower participants to elevate their everyday lives, providing tools to cultivate inner strength, balance, and peace. Each class lasts an hour and a half, where you’ll be guided through the techniques passed down from Yogi Bhajan, integrating movement, breath, and sound to nourish your soul. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a scarf to cover their crown chakra, helping to deepen the meditative experience and harness the transformative power of Kundalini Yoga.
