Isobel is a 400-hour accredited Alchemy of Breath Graduate Trainer, dedicated to the transformative power of Conscious Connected Breath, which she has studied for over three years. She brings a unique perspective to her work, with a gift for seeing people and life beyond the surface—holding space for others in their wholeness with compassion and love.

Her true passion lies in breathwork and felt sense meditation, practices that deeply ground her. As an avid runner and mountain hiker, Isobel uses the breath as a tool to fuel her endurance and deepen her connection to nature. She is now wholeheartedly committed to guiding others, helping them heal and empower themselves through breathwork and healthy lifestyle choices.

During the lockdown in Ibiza, Isobel experienced a profound awakening through breathwork. She began by sending love to everyone in the room, then expanded her focus to the entire island, and eventually to the whole world. In that moment, she says, "I saw the God within all of us." This deeply humbling experience sparked her journey to explore breathwork even further.

Isobel’s work includes Sacred Sensuality Breathwork, helping people reconnect with their inner sensuality and breathe into spiritual orgasms, unlocking a profound connection to their bodies. Through Felt Sense Somatic Meditation, she guides others in anchoring themselves through breath, focusing on body sensations, and tapping into the wisdom held within. This practice allows participants to move away from the mind, reconnecting with the energetic and emotional landscapes of their bodies.

GROUP BREATH WORK JOURNEY

This breathwork session is about discovering your sacred sensuality and accessing the part of you designed to experience joy, love, and pleasure. It’s a journey of letting go - releasing shame, anger, and resentment, whether directed at yourself or others - and appreciating your body & soul for all they give you. With each exhale, you release what no longer serves you, and with each inhale, you welcome everything that is good and pleasurable in your life. Every breath becomes a step toward deeper pleasure, every exhale a release of judgment.

 

The human body is capable of incredible things, including the experience of a spiritual orgasm - a profound way to access immense joy and pleasure. This is the deepest level of joy I’ve ever discovered, and I’m honoured to share it with you today.
