BLUE LOTUS CEREMONY

The Blue Lotus Flower is historically revered for its spiritual, medicinal, and psychoactive properties, originating in ancient Egypt, where the blue lotus was considered sacred and was often used in ceremonies to promote spiritual awakening, heightened consciousness, and deep relaxation. The flower was associated with the divine, symbolising rebirth, enlightenment, and connection to higher realms.

The psychoactive properties of the blue lotus are mild, promoting a sense of euphoria, inner peace, and sometimes vivid, dreamlike visions. Overall, the Sacred Blue Lotus Ceremony is used as a tool for relaxation, emotional healing, and deepening one's spiritual practice.

The ceremony will take place indoors in a comfortable lounge setting with pillows, blankets, healing crystals, tea light candles and scents of incense, sage and paulo santo. The group will begin by setting an intention, before consciously drinking the Blue Lotus Tea, followed by an immersive guided meditation to cleanse the chakras, bringing you closer to stillness and clarity. As the soothing effects of the lotus flower take hold, you'll be guided through a manifestation breathwork short journey, where you will be invited to visualise whatever it is that you intend to bring into your life and feel the aliveness of it unfolding.

The ceremony will end with a savasana, in which, surrounded by the healing energy of the group and the sacred vibrations of music, you will journey through realms of heightened intuition, and profound connection to your higher self.
This ceremony will proceede the Sound Healing Ceremony with Gong Warrior as the merging bridge to explore, heal, and awaken, a renewed sense of balance, inner harmony, and spiritual insight.
